Its getting to that time of year when the temperatures are falling and there’s a chill in the air in the mountains. Just the right conditions to start making the trek down the coast again to the Shoalhaven. It was the first trip for this years and its still a bit on the warm side.
Taking advantage of the Easter long weekend, me and Tom went down for a couple of days staying with the Adams’ and the LeBretons for a couple of days in the beach getaway of Jervis Bay. Friday was too warm to climb so we spent the day playing at the beach and back at the house. Saturday however dawned cooler with a fair amount of cloud and a good breeze. A good day was had by all at a fairly quiet Thompsons Point and Tom got his first play on the hallowed sandstone. Hopefully the start of more to come. After the worst summer for years fingers crossed for a good winter!
Thanks to Matt, Malin, Rob & Carlie for having us and for a great couple of days
